Who I Work With
I work with both adults and teenagers (13-17).
People begin therapy for many different reasons- sometimes in response to a particular challenge, and other times out of a wish to better understand themselves or their relationships. Whatever the starting point, the focus is always on supporting greater self-understanding and the possibility of meaningful change.
Adults (18+)
In-person sessions in Carrigaline and online.
Therapy is flexible and shaped around what feels most useful for you.
You set the pace- whether it’s short-term support during a difficult period or longer-term work to explore deeper patterns.
Areas of focus include-
stress and burnout
anxiety, low mood
relationship and family issues
life transitions (e.g. retirement, parenthood, separation, career change)
decision-making and uncertainty
neurodivergence (autism, ADHD etc.)
feelings of being “stuck” or lacking direction
managing anger or frustration
coping with health concerns or chronic illness
Teenagers (13-17)
In-person sessions in both a calm, private therapy space in my home in Carrigaline and through Carrigaline Family Support Centre
Sessions are weekly to provide consistency and support.
Areas of focus include-
anxiety, low mood
school or exam stress
friendship or peer difficulties
neurodivergence (autism, ADHD etc.)
family conflict
identity and self-expression
self-esteem and self-criticism
coping with transitions (e.g. moving school, changes in friendships, parental separation)
