Who I Work With

I work with both adults and teenagers (13-17).

People begin therapy for many different reasons- sometimes in response to a particular challenge, and other times out of a wish to better understand themselves or their relationships. Whatever the starting point, the focus is always on supporting greater self-understanding and the possibility of meaningful change.

Adult Counselling Kinsale and Carrigaline

Adults (18+)

In-person sessions in Carrigaline and online.

Therapy is flexible and shaped around what feels most useful for you.

You set the pace- whether it’s short-term support during a difficult period or longer-term work to explore deeper patterns.

Areas of focus include-

  • stress and burnout

  • anxiety, low mood

  • relationship and family issues

  • life transitions (e.g. retirement, parenthood, separation, career change)

  • decision-making and uncertainty

  • neurodivergence (autism, ADHD etc.)

  • feelings of being “stuck” or lacking direction

  • managing anger or frustration

  • coping with health concerns or chronic illness
